| About ELAPP |
The ELAPP Section of the Real Estate Department is responsible for the negotiations for the acquisition of real property interests (fee simple, conservation easements, life estates) to achieve the permanent preservation of lands identified through the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP), secure joint funding for ELAPP acquisitions, and address other real property transactions (such as conservation easements and leases) for properties acquired through ELAPP. |
