The Hillsborough County Land Development Code (LDC) includes zoning, site development and subdivision regulations. The intent of the LDC is to promote and preserve public health, safety and welfare. The Development Review Procedures Manual (DRPM) is intended to help users of the Land Development Code (LDC) understand the review and decision-making processes outlined in the LDC. The DRPM includes information on application submittal requirements and review procedures for each review process.
The Planning and Growth Management Department (PGM) has a variety of GIS Maps available online, including topics such as hazard mitigation (FEMA Flood Zone maps), transportation maps, planning and zoning maps, building plans review and permitting, land development review and permitting, contractor licensing, and inspections/code compliance maps.
Application information packets for various zoning requests, building permits, licenses, etc. are available online. Records for information included in application submitted to the divisions of PGM are available online through the PGM STORE.
