To allow a more comprehensive and coordinated transportation concurrency review, the Planning and Growth Management Department initiated coordination meeting between staff from Planning and Growth Management Transportation Review Section, Site Engineering Unit, the Public Works Traffic Service Division, the Public Works Design Section, Florida Department of Transportation - District 7, HARTline, and the public works Transportation Maintenance Division. The meeting attendees include several Certified Planners and Professional Licensed Engineers from respective departments. The coordination meeting is to ensure that all proposed improvements to transportation concurrency requirements are consistent with Hillsborough County's goals and objectives for transportation system and meets the County technical standards. The meeting is convened every Friday morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

Concurrency requirements are not complete until final approval is issued by
Transportation and Land Development Review Division.
