Sharon D. Subadan, is a certified automotive fleet manager (CAFM) and a certified public fleet professional (CPFP). She began as Fleet Director in March 2007, bringing with her a 13-year career in fleet operations.

Sharon was previously the Division Chief of Fleet Management Services in Montgomery County, Maryland, where she was the resident expert on alternative fuels and monitored a $55M operating budget.

Prior to that, she spent eight years in Miami-Dade County's Bus Operations and Maintenance and Fleet Management Divisions where she managed a fleet of 8,500 vehicles.

Ms. Subadan is also the past chair of the American Public Works Association (APWA) Fleet Services Committee and is the chair of APWA's Fleet Certification Committee and a graduate of The George Washington University in Regional Excellence and Leadership Development.
