Support Services Mission Statement
Our role is to support the agencies and departments that provide services to and interact with our ultimate customers, the citizens of our community.  We deliver facilities support services with demonstrated cost effectiveness – ensuring clean, comfortable, safe and healthy environments.

Leased Property Management Liaison Services
Hillsborough County has employees stationed at 22 private sector leased facilities.  The Real Estate Department approves and develops private sector leases and this standard will continue.  Facilities Support Services' role is to provide client support services during the lease term and to function as a single point of contact or liaison between lease holder and client.  We will ensure that all concerns initiated by employees and citizens are properly attended.  Please utilize the Facilities Management Services Work Order entry system to initiate service.  You may also contact Valarie Dennis, Work Control Coordinator at (813)272-5112 to initiate your request.
