Provide comprehensive facility management services to ensure a safe, pleasant, functional, and sustainable environment throughout County facilities while maintaining the operating plant in good condition, controlling operating costs, and protecting the County's investment in its facilities.

A la vez mantenemos las instalaciones de la planta operando en óptimas condiciones, controlando los costos de operación, y protegiendo la inversión del Condado en sus instalaciones.

Responsibility
Responsible for over 300 County buildings comprising over 4 million square feet in support of County Departments, Constitutional Offices, and the Courts.

| When conducting business at the Downtown Tampa Frederick B. Karl County Center, public parking is available at the Pierce Street Garage next to County Center. See the County Center Parking Map for directions. Entrance to the Parking Garage is off Jackson Street. |
