You will be contacted directly or receive a confirmation letter from the Consumer Protection Agency within 15 days after our receipt of your complaint.
To ensure that we are able to act upon your complaint as quickly as possible, please make sure that you complete this form in its entirety. Forms not fully completed may delay the investigation of your claim. It is also very helpful to your complaint for us to receive documentation that can prove or support the claim you are making. You will be able to submit copies of your supporting documents to us on the confirmation page after you have submitted your complaint.
