Provides
a comprehensive printing service to all county organizations and a Copier
Management System for convenience copiers at all county departments in
County Center and satellite offices.
Oversees a $1 million per year copier management contract that includes
more than 250 convenience copiers in County Center and various satellite
offices and a central copy center in County Center. These systems produce
in excess of 2 million impressions per month.
The Copier Management System, established in 1999, has provided a continuous
yearly savings in excess of $613,000 in the Communications Department
budget, as well as significant cost savings for all departments in their
printing costs. |
