Animals that have infections, are pregnant, obese, or other medical problems that put them at risk, may or may not be sterilized. The evaluation and determination will be made by the participating veterinarian.
Hillsborough County can only be responsible for reimbursement of the Spay and Neuter Voucher amount as determined by BOCC
