The 2009 Annual Community Workshop, "Caregivers Stimulus Plan: Taking Care of Body, Mind and Soul", was held on November 6, at Aston Gardens. The workshop provided a wide range of speakers, services and cost savings techniques to equip aging professionals and caregivers with  necessary tools to better care for themselves and for individuals in their care.
